Brentwood Youth Activities (BYA) is a not-for-profit, all volunteer youth organization that provides a safe place for the children of our community participate in various sports while learning team work, camaraderie, and good sportsmanship.

Board Nominations have concluded. The vote for Player Agent will take place on September 4th from 1 to 4pm at the BYA Clubhouse.

The two year term starts October 1st and descriptions of each position can be found in the BYA By-Laws (attachment located on the bottom of this page).

The new board will be introduced at the next BYA General Membership Meeting taking place on September 21st at 6:30pm at the Brentwood Public Library.

Girls and Boys Basketball

Registration for the in house winter season will take place on the following days at the BYA Clubhouse:

September 24 and 25 from 6 - 8PM

October 1 and 2 from 6 - 8PM

October 8 and 9 from 6 - 8PM

October 15 and 16 from 6 - 8PM

All drafts will take place at the Brentwood Recreation Center, 99 3rd Avenue. The dates will be as follows:

7-9 Girls - 10/21, 6:30PM

10-12 Girls - 10/21, 8PM

7-8 Boys - 10/23, 12:30PM

9-10 Boys - 10/23, 2PM

11-12 Boys - 10/23, 3PM

13-14 Girls - 10/28, 6:30PM

13-14 Boys - 10/28, 8PM

All children must be registered and paid in full prior to the draft.

Practices begin on November 1st.

Registration prices are as follows:

7-9 Girls - $70.00

10-12 Girls - $75.00

13-14 Girls - $75.00

5-6 Boys and Girls - $65.00

7-8 Boys - $70.00

9-10 Boys - $75.00

11-12 and 13-14 Boys - $80.00

Baseball / Softball

The Baseball and Softball Department is looking for Committee Members, Coordinators, and Coaches.

2011 Registration begins in January.

Football / Cheerleading

Football registration is now closed for all age groups except for the 5 year old division. FULL PRACTICES WILL TAKE PLACE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 6-8PM FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST.

Cheerleading practice days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6 to 8pm. Registration is closed for Cheerleading.

Sponsorship Opportunities Are Now Available!

All sponsorship monies will be used to offset the rising cost of uniforms, equipment, and general field maintenance. This will allow us to continue to expand the program and reach an increasing number of Brentwood Youth. As a BYA sponsor, you will be demonstrating your support of our community's children while also receiving valuable advertising for your company or organization. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. Some benefits of sponsorship may include one or more of the following:
